Pax complete a lap around and including the bleachers (serpentine style).

At the end of each lap an exercise was completed, including

  5. 30 WWII’s
  6. 28 Merkins
  7. 28 Squats
  8. 28 Burpees 😬
  9. 28 Lunges

  16. Rinse and repeat until all 95 rounds are completed or 40 minutes is up…*
